The OSAKA model is a makiwara that allows martial arts practitioners to be able to train with fists and kicks. The two groups: FISTS BOARD and KICKS BOARD (optional) can be assembled and disassembled in 3 seconds. The fists board has a mechanism that allows you to vary the pushing force (30-60 kg). The two groups can be positioned in height to the desired extent.
